Michaela Holtmann's farm is located in Gillenfeld, next to the Pulvermaar in the Vulkaneifel. The trained farmer took it over from her mother in 1984 and boldly switched from cattle to goats. 190 animals of the "White and Colored German Edelziege" breed are milked twice a day. The milk is processed into up to 50 different types of cheese in the farm's own cheese dairy. They have already won prizes for this.
