Five children, small animals and 100 dairy cows and their female offspring: Maria Neher in Granheim in the Sigmaringen district has a lot going on. Together with her husband, she runs a fourth-generation dairy farm with 50 hectares each of arable land and grassland. Maria is a trained medical assistant and the welfare of her animals is very close to her heart. That's why they didn't want a large farm. Maria and Martin had even considered giving up the farm. Their solution: three vacation homes, since 2018 as a second mainstay. Maria grew up as one of seven children on a farm with cows and pigs. She met Martin when she was 17. Her compensation is music.
